보행자의 동선과 챠량 동선을 고려하여 도로변 반대쪽으로 배치하고 도로에 접한 부분을 넓게 계획하였다.
전체적인 마감은 화이트 톤을 중심으로 우드 루버로 포인트를 주어 모던한 이미치를 연출하였다.
1층과 2층의 마감재를 분리하여 건물에 깊이감과 입체감을 살렸다.
Considering the pedestrian's movement and light movement, it was placed on the opposite side of the road,
and the area in contact with the road was planned to be wide.
The overall finish was centered on white tones and accentuated with a wood louver to create a modern image.
The finishing materials on the first and second floors were separated to enhance the depth and three-dimensional effect of the building.
