지하 1층과 지상 1, 2층의 상가는 제외하고 3층부터 시작하는 주택의 경우 정북일조사선제한으로 인해 부득이하게 고층으로 올라갈수록 사용할 수 있는 면적은 작아졌다. 하지만 오히려 그 공간을 주택의 테라스로 활용하여 실내와 외부를 연계하였고 그로 인해 각 층에서 외부에 나와 휴식을 취할 수 있도록 하였다. 디자인적으로는 전체적인 라임 콘크리트 소재의 메스 위에 다양한 크기의 로즈 골드 프레임을 설치하여 입면에 재미를 더하였다. 그리고 프레임 중간중간 간접조명으로 포인트를 주어 아름다운 야경을 제공한다.
The shopping districts on the first basement floor and the first and second floors above the ground are irrelevant, but in the case of houses starting from the third floor, the area that can be used has become smaller as they inevitably go up to the upper floors due to restrictions on the north-south survey line. However, rather, the space was used as a terrace of the house to connect the interior and the outside, so that each floor could come out and rest. Designally, various sizes of rose gold frames were installed on the scalpel made of lime concrete to add fun to the elevation. And it provides a beautiful night view by giving points with indirect lighting in the middle of the frame.
